The Jende Industries Guided Sharpener – or JIGS for Knives – is designed to be simple to use. This video by our friends in Australia show how easy it is to find your sharpening angle by dialing in your exact angle using the EXACUDRIVE micro adjust gears.
The EXACUDRIVE is simple to use. After clamping the blade in the JIGS and securing the desired stone to the stone holder, zero out the angle cube on the clamp cross bar, then place the cube on top of the stone holder. Proceed to use the macro adjust to get close to your desired angle, then dial in the precise angle with the EXACUDRIVE Micro Adjust Gears. Then sharpen with confidence.
