The Jende Chef Knife Rolls are arguably the sexiest knife rolls on the market. We’re very proud of them, and have spared no expense to bring the highest quality materials and craftsmanship together to make them. Along the way, we have had the honor of working with some amazing and inspiring people including Chef’s Roll, and Chef Kevin Gillespie, Chef Virginia Willis, and now Chef Barret Beyer.
We know we’ve been quiet for a while, and there’s a good reason for that. We’ve been hard at work redesigning and perfecting the new Jende Knife Roll, and we’re excited to finally share it with you.
Every component has been carefully selected to deliver exceptional quality and durability. The new knife roll features 100% American-made components (certification links coming soon), including custom hardware, A&E American-made bonded thread, American-made rivets, and solid brass hardware from Rome Fastener Corporation. We’ve also incorporated a carbon fiber support bar that won’t bend and is incredibly difficult to break.
For the fabric, we’ve chosen Cone Denim, the original manufacturer of Levi’s® denim, along with premium selvedge canvas for the protective flaps.
We’ve reduced the overall weight by more than 300 grams while significantly increasing strength. The knife roll features hand-pinned solid copper rivets at the top support bar, a carbon fiber reinforcement bar, and A&E bonded thread rated for more than four times the load of conventional thread.
To provide lasting protection, every knife roll is treated with a Nanoman nano-coating, which repels water and dirt while remaining 100% food-safe.
We truly believe this knife roll has no equal on the market. Every detail—from the custom-made hardware to the premium thread that holds it all together has been chosen with one goal in mind: to create a product that delivers unmatched quality, durability, and craftsmanship for generations to come.
