We were honored to receive a wonderful review of our Custom Leather Chef Knife Roll from Chef Kevin Gillespie.

Chef Gillespie is the owner of Gunshow in Atlanta, Georgia, and is widely recognized for his work in the culinary world. He is the author of Fire in My Belly, has appeared on CNN, and has been featured in publications including Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, and Men’s Health. Many also know him as a finalist and fan favorite on Top Chef. Beyond his accomplishments, Kevin is someone we have always found to be genuine, approachable, and passionate about his craft.

After receiving his custom knife roll, Chef Gillespie shared his thoughts on Facebook. For those who may not have seen the original post, we’ve included his comments below.

“I get asked all the time to suggest gifts for the chef in someone’s life. Usually it’s a book, a gadget, or maybe a new knife.
